If you’re not assessing, you’re guessing

With FIT4FUNCTION performance testing and profiling systems, athletes can objectively assess their physical performance and benchmark themselves against data drawn from elite, world-class, and recreational populations. This allows clear identification of strengths, limitations, and performance opportunities, supporting informed training and return-to-performance decisions.

  • Velocity based training. Quantified weight-training: velocity, force, power, work and more.

    • Barbell (Compound, Jumps and Olympic lifts)

    • Trap-bar (Compound and Jumps)

    • Dumbbell Movements

Left untreated, hamstring problems come back again and again. They limit sprint speed, acceleration, confidence, and race performance. Many runners rest until it feels better, go back to training, and then feel it pull again.

Our approach focuses on identifying why the hamstring failed in the first place such as weakness, poor glute function, overstriding, or training load errors and then building a clear plan back to peak performance.

  • Separate programming, VBT and testing systems can be time-consuming and costly. Our integrated platform brings a unique blend of efficiency, simplicity and accessibility to coaches.

    • VBT + jumps, mobility and RSI on one platform, with one sensor.

    • Easily program custom workouts and athlete screening templates

    • Quickly monitor load and assess readiness

  • Looking to enhance the effectiveness of your training?

We record, rank and publish live results to increase athlete motivation and deliberate intent so you can see how you compare to age-group and sport specific benchmarks.

  • Our performance testing includes accurate measurement of the core pillars of athletic performance in a single system. Avoiding suboptimal or subjective testing. Providing athletes and coaches with objective data across key performance metrics.

    • We test strength, power and movement on one platform

    • We quickly test and profile large groups of athletes regularly

    • We chart, profile and report effortlessly

  • By integrating performance testing into the rehabilitation process, FIT4FUNCTION helps:

    • Track objective progress throughout rehab

    • Identify readiness to increase load or return to sport

    • Reduce re-injury risk through data-informed decisions

    • Provide clear justification for return-to-play clearance

This approach bridges the gap between pain resolution and performance readiness, ensuring athletes and active individuals return to training with confidence, capacity, and resilience.

FIT4FUNCTION Performance Testing

Objective, repeatable assessment to support all aspects of performance

FIT4FUNCTION performance testing provides objective, repeatable assessment to support rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and return-to-performance decision making. Using validated testing protocols, we move beyond subjective pain-based assessment to quantify movement capacity, strength, power, and asymmetry, allowing clinicians and athletes to understand exactly where limitations exist.

Our testing systems standardise musculoskeletal screening, ensuring consistency across assessments while identifying key risk factors that may contribute to ongoing pain, re-injury, or delayed return to sport. This allows rehabilitation to be targeted, progressive, and measurable, rather than based on timeframes alone.

By integrating performance testing into the rehabilitation process, FIT4FUNCTION helps:

  • Track objective progress throughout rehab

  • Identify readiness to increase load or return to sport

  • Reduce re-injury risk through data-informed decisions

  • Provide clear justification for return-to-play clearance

This approach bridges the gap between pain resolution and performance readiness, ensuring athletes and active individuals return to training with confidence, capacity, and resilience.
