Now you’ve joined THE INSIDER, make sure you have read through your welcome pack, explored the members area and joined the facebook community.
Once you’ve done this, make sure that you introduce yourself in the FB Community under the ‘Meet the Family’ post pinned at the top.
How often does the program change?
Every 4 weeks you’ll receive a brand-new program update, as well as have an opportunity to provide suggestions and feedback into what it looks like.
how will i receive feedback & coaching?
THE INSIDER does not come with a personalised support service for workouts.

i’ve not received my confirmation email
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as our domain may not be on your safe sender list. Be sure to add us as a safe sender once you have located your email.
You can also try searching for “FIT4FUNCTION” or the name of the product(s) you ordered in your email folders to bring up all related emails.

how do i communicate with bradley, head coach?
Using the Facebook Community, visit the Q&A tab to comment any and all your questions there and you’ll receive a direct answer in the comments, or during the bi-monthly Q&A livestream.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
As per our terms and conditions we do not offer refunds.
FIT4FUNCTION is a digital product and as soon as you subscribe you have access to all the content available on the app, so refunds cannot be issued unless under exceptional circumstances.
Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised that there are legitimate reasons why this app is not suitable for you, we will not be able to refund you.
Terminating your subscription early does not give you the right to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription, even if you stop accessing the app before the date when your subscription was set to expire.
If you're no longer interested in using the app, we would recommend cancelling your subscription to avoid any further charges.

Can i change pathways would i join?
Of course!! - We recommend you get in with Head Coach Bradley via the Q&A post within the FB Community. Just to double-check switching pathways is the right idea for your goals.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC MEDICAL CONDITION, injury or other issue?
FIT4FUNCTION is suitable for men and women over the age of 16 years old.
The app offers a variety of workout programmes and meal plans based on your personal data and fitness goals. It includes demonstration videos for every exercise included in the workout and gives you the option to adjust the number of reps and amount of weight used for each exercise, making it appropriate for complete beginners.
If you are injured or pregnant we do not recommend you take on FIT4FUNCTION unless you have the all-clear from your physician to do so. In saying that, certain injuries may actually require further strength training and/or mobility in order to heal properly. Any questions about your case specifically, just contact your Head Coach Bradley now.
What equipment is necessary for the insider programs?
FIT4FUNCTION offers options for gym-goers as well as people who prefer to exercise at home.
In terms of additional equipment you will need at home, we would strongly recommend that you purchase a set of resistance bands and a set of dumbbells which can be used in a large number of exercises, as well as having your own exercise mat.
You might also find useful purchasing additional sets of dumbbells and more short resistance bands of different weights/strengths (so you are able to progressively increase the intensity of your workouts), one or more long resistance bands, a set of sliders, and a foam roller. Gym-goers might also be interested in purchasing their own barbell pad and ankle straps.
