Bradley has a particular interest in integrating physiotherapy with structured strength and conditioning to ensure people do not simply become pain-free, but develop long-term resilience and capability.

FIT4FUNCTION rehab & performance practioner

Bradley is an athletic physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach with a strong reputation for helping active people overcome injury and return to high-level performance. Whether it is a persistent running injury, shoulder pain in the gym, or a complex sports-related problem, he combines clinical expertise with practical coaching to guide clients back to full function.

He has a keen ability to identify the true drivers behind pain and recurrent niggles, looking beyond symptoms to assess movement, loading, and strength. His sessions integrate physiotherapy, progressive rehabilitation, and S&C principles to not only resolve pain but to reduce the risk of it returning.

Bradley particularly enjoys working with athletes who feel “stuck” or have tried multiple approaches without lasting success. His focus is always the same: clear direction, structured training, and building confidence so people can get back to doing what they love; faster, stronger, and more resilient than before.

You’ll see Bradley in his spare time completing marathons and triathlons with plenty of time to enjoy good wine and excuse for a holiday.

Bradley’s background in sport and athletic performance has shaped him into an effective and sought-after sports injury physiotherapist. He works with runners, lifters, team-sport athletes, and active individuals who want to get back to training without ongoing pain or setbacks.

At FIT4FUNCTION, Bradley combines detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, and progressive rehabilitation to restore confidence and performance. His approach focuses on resolving the root cause of injury and guiding people back to the activities and sports they love, stronger, faster and more powerful than before.

Sports Injury Physiotherapist

  • I had struggled with Achilles pain for nearly two years and had tried rest, orthotics, and generic exercises with no real improvement. Bradley was the first physio who actually explained why it kept coming back. He rebuilt my calf strength properly, progressed my loading, and helped me change how I trained. I am now running 40–50 km a week pain free and recently completed my first half marathon. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Runner – Chronic Achilles pain

  • I went to see Bradley after repeated episodes of back pain that always flared up during deadlifts and squats. Within a few sessions he had me moving better, lifting again confidently, and actually stronger than before I got injured. What I appreciated most is that he never told me to stop training – he showed me how to do it safely and progressively.

Recreational gym-goer – low back pain when lifting

  • I dislocated my shoulder playing rugby and genuinely thought I would lose my place on the team. Bradley guided me through every stage of rehab, from basic control to full contact drills and strength work. He understood the demands of my sport and built my confidence as well as my shoulder. I am now back playing and feel stronger than before the injury.

Team-sport athlete – shoulder dislocation rehabilitation

  • I’m not an athlete and was a bit worried FIT4FUNCTION would be too ‘sports-focused’. Bradley immediately made me feel at ease. My neck pain and headaches from years at a desk were really affecting my work and sleep. Treatment, exercises, and simple daily changes have made a huge difference. I feel like I have my energy back and I now actually enjoy moving again.

Office worker – neck pain and headaches

  • I’m in my late 50s and was told my only option for knee arthritis was to stop running. Bradley took the opposite approach – he built my strength, adjusted my training, and showed me that pain does not automatically mean damage. I’m now back to regular 5Ks and gym sessions with far less pain and a lot more confidence. He has genuinely changed what I thought was possible at my age.
