With so much emphasis placed on physical training, she hopes every athlete understands how fueling to meet performance demands can help them perform at a higher level—both physically and cognitively. Her approach breaks down the science into practical, realistic, and actionable advice tailored to each individual.
Maya is a qualified Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist, with an academic background in Sport and exercise Nutrition (MSc, Oxford Brookes university) and Nutrition diet & lifestyle (BSc, Sheffield Hallam University), alongside her involvement in sport and working as a Strength & conditioning coach.

During your 45-minute consultation, we translate assessment findings into a structured, practical plan of action. This session focuses on key priorities, performance goals, and realistic implementation strategies tailored to your sport, schedule, and preferences.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed session summary alongside a personalised resource bundle, which may include:

• Example meal structures & templates
• Meal and snack options
• Fuelling & recovery guidance
